Please bring your drivers license and an income or support letter.

Clinic Evenings

The Community Free Clinic is open with a full staff of doctors and nurses Tuesdays & Thursdays by appointment from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Wednesdays from 9:00am – 1:00pm

Prescription Refills

Prescription refill drop-offs Wednesdays 9:00am – 10:00am

Pick up refills Wednesdays 11:00am – 1:00pm
